We'll ask you to provide us with text and images appropriate to the marketing option you choose. To assist you in doing this we'll send you a check-list of content to work through. Things are flexible though, nothing is set in stone and we'll work with you to get the best solution. Our preference is that you provide content by email, although we can work with 'paper' if necessary. One thing you can be certain of though - there are no hidden extras and we talk in plain English.

Payment is either by credit card securely online or over the telephone, by bank transfer or a cheque drawn on a French bank.

We will create your web pages and request your review and approval – usually within 3 working days from receipt of all information and a 50% initial payment. Once your amends have been incorporated, and approval for the website been given we will then create the downloadable document.

The document might not contain all the information and photos on your website – it depends on the volume of content and photos as well as the marketing option you have selected. Our aim is to use our expertise in marketing to produce a compelling, clear document which makes sense to a reader.

Once both the web site and e-brochure are completed and ready to go live, we'll ask you for the remaining 50% payment.
