Q: Who owns the web site and e-brochure once produced?

A: You do. Although we host the web site for you, the final files are all yours for the taking should you wish to have them. We do retain ownership of the design though meaning that although you are free to continue using the design on the site, you could not for example sell it on.

Q: If I work with you, what will my web site and e-brochure look like?

A: The web sites we built are always unique. We may pull colours from the images you supply to help design the 'theme' for example. That said, from looking at the sites we have already done you will get a good feel for the final product. And rest assured, it will perform it's job of helping you to sell your house excellently.

Q: What other costs are there outside of that associated with the marketing option I choose?

A: From our perspective none for the first 12 months. If you haven't sold your house after 12 months and wish to keep the site running we will made a nominal charge to cover fixed charges and administration time, but really nothing onerous. Other costs for you to consider outside of our service though are your advertising costs.

Q: I can have text and pictures with my advertising, so why would I want your solution?

A: Adverts are limited both in the scope of what you can detail, but also in how you can present it. Structure, content, size (of images), and design are all fixed. With your own site, and within reason, these limitations vanish. Add in the e-brochure option and you have an effective tool to entice people to contact you who may not have otherwise.

Q: How will I know if people are visiting my web site?

A: We'll provide you with access to detailed statistics telling you where people came from, what they looked at, how long they were on your site and much more besides. If you can link to your site from any advertising you run, you'll be able to see how many people find your site through your advert too, thereby helping you to better measure it's effectiveness.

Q: Do I have to detail my contact details on the web site? I don't want all and sundry contacting me?

A: No you don't. We can include just an email address which we will provide you with as part of the service. People will then send an email to that address which will automatically be forwarded to your own personal email address. In replying you can then choose to use your personal address or the one we provide you with if you wish to continue to remain 'removed'.

Q: I'm not technical, I can use a computer but that's it. Will that be a problem?

A: Not at all. You don't need to be technical in any way, and we promise to talk in plain English.

A: We are a small business based in France who specialise in helping small businesses like our own, as well as property owners to market them selves on the internet.
