e-brochure - what is it and how is it used?

An e-brochure is your way to encourage people to respond to the advertising you run to sell your property. It's a colour brochure which provides interested parties with more in depth information and images on your proprty than are included in most online or print advertising. In general an e-brochure is send by email in response to an enquiry, but it may also be printed either by yourself, or by the final recipient.

benefits of an e-brochure:

An e-brochure will help you in many ways:Property marketing e-brochure

  • It will help you to clarify in your own mind how you position and talk about your property
  • Invite people to enquire in response to your advertising in order to receive a detailed e-brochure
  • It provides interested parties with a good looking, printable overview of your property. One they can still look at when not using the computer, and one which they can easily share with friends and family
  • Enables you to 'guide' people through your property as you wish
  • Assists you in positioning your property
  • Increase your response rate from advertising through making it easy for people to send you an enquiry asking for the e-brochure, rather than trying to come up with questions / polite comments for you (people hate thinking what to write to you...this makes it easy)
  • Gives you a competitive edge over other houses on the market who in general, will not offer this service

An e-brochure is a marketing tool - it's possibly something similar to that which you may send as an email. In this instance though it's more comprehensive, better looking and less painful for you, as we take care of the hard work and produce it in a format compatible with all types of computer.

It makes all responses to your advertising easy and quick for you to respond to, whilst still providing the enquirer with a compelling brochure to further excite their interest!
