There are a lot of sites out there who will happily take your money to help you to sell your property. Which ones should you go for though?

Performance between sites is highly variable with response being a mix between serious and non-serious prospects, estate agents, and people trying to scam you.

A good looking site will not necessarily deliver you any prospective purchasers if very few people visit the site. So too, what to some may be an ugly site, may deliver huge value due to it's traffic. It's not easy to move forward confidently.

Detailed below is a selection of sites we're aware of and which we believe are some of the larger sites around today together with our own measurement system. The first 6 columns are factual as of June 2007 and taken from a web site called Alexa.com, a subsidiary of Amazon which independently measures web site traffic. The 'design' and 'ease of use' columns are subjective and based on our own experiences - we'll happily share our more detailed thoughts with you regarding where to advertise when you become a client of ours. Where pricing is quoted we've as necessary performed the relevant calculation to quote them all in euros, and for 12 months of advertising in order to be able to make a comparison.
